Work Backward From The End Result

If you're not getting the results you're looking for, work backward and see what needs to be changed in the underlying process.
The chances are, it's not something at the end of the process that's hampering you. It's something much more foundational.

H/T to my good friend Mike Simmons, who is always available for a chat about processes and is one of my go-to's when I'm stuck.
